Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge

Very nice hotel. Great service. As a lot of reviews state, no microwaves in the room. Who wants to go to the lobby to heat a cup of water for tea, or warm up anything for a snack. I stay here often so I just bring my own small microwave! Another unexplained issue, my cell phone reception goes bad as soon as I pull into the parking lot. No issues unless I'm on property. Go figure... Again, very nice place!

We stayed here to go to Dollywood. It was close to the park - only a short drive, and the main strip is walkable (a little less than a mile to The Island). The hotel is very nice, clean and sleek. The staff was very friendly - shout out to the bar for staying open a little later for us. Everyone was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at dozens of hotels across the U.S. , Disney World and the Bahamas. This is the very best I’ve EVER stayed in. The rooms are large , beautiful views and best of all very quiet. They had music in the halls but could not hear it in the room I WILL stay here every time we’re visiting The Smokies 5 stars

What a little gem we stumbled upon. This hotel was conveniently located, a great price, super clean, modern, welcoming and beautifully decorated. Excellent water pressure, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, delish breakfast that was well worth the price considering how expensive it is to go to fast food anymore and this was way nicer (omelets, waffles, bacon, potatoes, various breads, fruits and cereals, yogurt, etc.) Complimentary coffee and hot tea offered. Nice little canteen with snacks. Staff were kind and friendly.

Cambria hotel in pigeon forge looks like a brand new hotel and is beautiful - both the rooms and lobby look great! The bathroom has great lighting. The lobby stocks coffee (free) and snacks (for sale) in case you're in need of it, and there are even some board games (chess, etc) available. Overall I would stay here again! Only hiccup was the guy checking me in seemed to be new and was taking a very long time to complete check in, which was frustrating after a long day. The person behind me in line was served by someone else and was done in ~2 minutes.

Rating 4.44.... Stayed two nights and our family in two double queen rooms last July. Both rooms were immaculate and with comfortable beds. Our only issue pertained to pet fees which were explained to us at $50 per pet per night. We had two small dogs which meant $200 for the two night stay. When I discussed that policy on app site did not say per night, the staff person said he would only charge $100 for our two nights stay. It appears they have clarified the policy differently now on their site. Will be staying again in late October without dogs this time.

What a fantastic hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean. The beds are of great quality and the shower was awesome. It was only a short distance from Dollywood and the Island. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great experience! We stayed for 3 nights and everything was very good. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect. Gatlinburg is about a 30-minute drive. The only downside was the breakfast. It costs $10 per person, which isn’t bad, but the food options could be better.
